The Magic Gallery Support forum is only accessible for people who have bought the Pro version of the plugin. Free users can use the Wordpress Support Forum. Users who bought the plugin can login using the credentials that were emailed to you at the time of purchase.
Maggic gallery setting didn't appear in my wordpress

    Hello there,

    It's seems weird  i have installed this plugin on my web, but I want to customize setting for this plugin ( change size of image thumbnail, and also image size) but in my web setting didnt appear, but in my localhost it appeared. Unfortunately i can't upload image in my local, when I deactivated this plugin  I can upload my image.. may i attach the picture. this is in my web..

    I don't know whats happen? it seems better previous version than this.. can you  help me how to solve this.. I hope I can get your reply soon. Thanks.

    Hi hertantowidodo,

    Looks like you are experiencing the same issue as other users had, but it was solved by using the latest version of Magic Gallery. What version are your running? And did you have the old version running on the same host before, but deleted it before installing 3.0 (that would explain the issue)?

    Hi 

    I have deleted previous version of course, I use the latest version, I also try to install this plugin in other web, but it still the same, nothing work,  I have deactivated all plugin except magic gallery plugin. i'm afraid that other plugin would conflict with it. But it doesn't work too. So what I have to do? Because I have to launch it soon. Actually it's better the previous version but it didn't work with new version wordpress.

    Depends on a lot of things, first of all your theme should have wp_head and wp_footer in there. Could you send me the FTP details via email? Then I take a look for you.

    Hi there,

    I just wondering I perhaps  downloaded the wrong version, in this site http://www.magicgalleryplugin.com/buy/ the plugin is 3.0 , but in my site the plugin is 3.1. Whether it affected? so that it didn't work at all. Hope you answer me soon.
