The Magic Gallery Support forum is only accessible for people who have bought the Pro version of the plugin. Free users can use the Wordpress Support Forum. Users who bought the plugin can login using the credentials that were emailed to you at the time of purchase.
How can I show gallery covers in gallery archive?

    Yes there is. In fact, gallery covers are normal Wordpress featured images and can be shown by using the_post_thumbnail();. For more info, check this page on the WP function reference: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/the_post_thumbnail

    Use this on the corresponding archive page of your template (e.g. archive-gallery.php).
