The Magic Gallery Support forum is only accessible for people who have bought the Pro version of the plugin. Free users can use the Wordpress Support Forum. Users who bought the plugin can login using the credentials that were emailed to you at the time of purchase.
Admin Interface not displaying

    Hi I just purchased Magic Gallery Pro which I am running on Wordpress 3.3.1.  

    I have uploaded the files and activated the gallery.  The Admin tab is not showing up on my dashboard (see attached screen shot).  The interface is not throwing an error.  So, I have no idea what is going on.

    Anybody have a similar issue?

    Hi Gerry,

    Did you have an old version of the plugin running? It's really weird that no interface is showing up, since the plugin simply generates a new custom post type, wich automaticcally pops up. Could I get access to your WP install to take a further look? If so, I email the details to info@magicgalleryplugin.com and I'll post back here.

    Did the patch fix your issue?
    If not, you should get the latest version by loggin into the magic gallery site over here: http://www.magicgalleryplugin.com/shop/account/ at the downloads section

    It includes several compatibility fixes with other plugins :)

    To expand, I have installed Magic Gallery on a brand new WP install and see the Settings menu item, but when I try and use it on a current install (which I had 2.0 on originally), I don't see a settings menu item.

    Hi there, did you guys download the most recent version of the plugin? The first version I released had a conflict because some of the old settings were still in the database, I built in a check for that and should not be a problem anymore.
